Very Berry Smoothie Bowl

Step up your breakfast game

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Smoothie: 1 cup Greek yogurt,  1 tspn peanut butter, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 banana.  

Toppings: Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, chia seeds, flaxseeds, barley grass, shredded coconut ( all to taste).

Method:

Blend the smoothie ingredients and split equally between two bowls. Top with fruits, seeds and any toppings of your choice. Easy peasy!
